  Residential roofing, we offer full roof replacements, asphalt, slate, wood shake, Spanish tile, and Ludowici tile repairs. Flat roof replacements and repairs. Ventilation issues, such as ridge vents and soffits. Skylight replacement. Small roof repairs welcome.

  
  Commercial roofing, we offer flat roof repair and coatings. Asphalt, slate, woodshake, Ludowici tile, Interlocking cement roof tile, and spanish tile repairs. 
• ▼ How can I tell if my roof needs repair or a full replacement?
   When the roof is between 20-30 years old. Shingled roofs start losing granules, showing the matting. Granules in gutters. The roof is sagging or buckling, soft spots, moss or algae growth, or curling shingles. Leaks can sometimes be repaired but could mean a deeper issue. 
• ▼ What are the most common signs of roof damage homeowners should look for?
   Missing, cracked, curling shingle edges. Shingles being found on the ground. Granule loss. Moss and algae growth. Damaged flashings. Visible water stains on ceilings. Clogged gutters can seep under roofing materials. Sagging and buckling roofs. 
• ▼ Do you provide emergency roofing services for leaks or storm damage?
  We offer emergency services for mostly storm-related damages and in the winter for ice dam removal and snow removal from roofs
• ▼ What roofing materials do you install, such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, or tile?
  We install mostly asphalt shingles. 2 Ply flat roofing systems. 
• ▼ How long does a typical roof installation or replacement take?
  Average roofs take 1-2 days to install. But most can be done in 1 day. 
• ▼ Are your roofing services covered by a warranty or guarantee?
  Some repairs, not all, 2-5 years. Full roof replacements a 20 year workmanship warranty. 
• ▼ Do you offer free roof inspections and estimates?
  Estimates are free. There is a charge only if its an inspection for a sale of a home, a buyer or realtor. 
• ▼ Can you help with insurance claims for storm or hail damage repairs?

• ▼ How often should a roof be inspected to ensure it’s in good condition?
  
  Every 2-3 years if newer. If 15 plus years at least every year. After a severe storm or if you see signs of trouble get inspected immediately. If a brand new roof, 1-2 years to maintain warranties.
